It’s the technique of moving in the ground while retaining the possession of the ball. This is the first skill that the kids are taught when the coaching begins.</p>
<p> But the question is how important are the dribbling skills? It’s best to have the kids participate regularly in drills to help them develop dribbling skills. It teaches the kids the basic movements to drive the ball well. It’s the skill of dribbling while maintaining contact with the ball which lets you leave behind several opponents in the play ground.</p>
<p> To become a good dribbler, you need to spend time with the ball and take to heart these key fundamentals. Kids soccer drills coach the kids to use the surface of their foot. Kids will often use the face of their instep, especially in case of dribbling the ball at a fast pace.</p>
<p> But make sure that the kids have mastered the art of using both inside and outside of their feet in becoming great dribblers. This helps the kids to retain the ball’s control despite the direction from which opponents strike. Kids must also be taught to apply both sides of their feet similar to a hockey stick.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.soccerdrillstips.com/drills/youth">Youth Soccer Drills</a></p>
<p>Soccer drills for kids must ensure they touch the ball with every step taken with the ball. The ball is knocked while dribbling when it is kept in front. This has an advantage for the kids to maintain control of the ball and increase the pace of dribbling.</p>
<p> This will elude the opponents defending the ball when they attempt to come closer to get it. So initiate step by step and make it certain that kids are increasingly feeling associated with the ball in each step.</p>
<p> Instruct kids in youth soccer drills to keep altering the speed. It is not mandatory that kids should be very quick in dribbling to defeat the opposite team. Rather, put the defender to sleep for a moment and then break past the rival with great speed.</p>
<p> Guide the kids to constantly keep an eye on the ball. When dribbling, it’s critical for the kids to be focused on the ball and also know what’s happening in the ground.</p>
<p> Guide them in bettering their weak foot. Ensure that the soccer drills for youth consists of the practice of hitting the ball against the wall with the weak foot to effect it’s slow but steady improvement. Guide the kids to play with the soccer ball when they get time. Guide the kids to just spin the ball backward and forward with the help of the weaker foot even when they are sitting. The more they do it, the more they will be able to control the ball.</p>

And it’s absolutely right. Many of you must be thinking that how can there be something so big that can destroy a team. Well then, the bad news is that they are many.</p>
<p> When it comes to soccer drills for kids, you have to be very careful and strategic. Make it a point to know and value psychology of the kids. Communicate with them in a way that suits their age level. But unluckily, nearly all coaches are not experienced in this. They conveniently ignore fact that there is a disparity between training grown-up players and kids.</p>
<p> So there you have it; top faults of coaches that bring the teams to a point, from where it’s near impossible to get back on to the winning track.</p>
<p> 1. A lot of them consider their jobs as casual work. They don’t consider in necessary to be prompt in reaching the ground, set up the drills, or systematize practice sessions. These qualities are not just unacceptable and also upset the kids. Kids take soccer very seriously and so should you. Make arrangements for youth soccer drills beforehand. Arrange for various equipments needed to perform the drills before-hand.</p>
<p><a target="_blank" href="http://www.soccerdrillstips.com/drills/youth">Youth Soccer Drills</a></p>
<p>Don’t be late. Make it a point to reach the field earlier than the kids. Actually, be there when the kids get there. What you get here is the additional time to run through the drills or plan out things.</p>
<p> 2. When coaches give instructions for kids soccer drills, they get so carried away by their emotions that they keep going on and on. Have you ever imagined how torturous that can be! You must appreciate that kids are more eager to play than hearing long speeches. Keep your words of wisdom brief and straight forward. Use this talk to motivate the kids and increase their confidence.</p>
<p> Also, do not interrupt the kids when they are playing. If you have observed anything that needs to be corrected, note it and discuss it after the drill. Also, you should be outside the field when the kids are enjoying the game.</p>
<p> 3. Some coaches get ruthless and unkind while dealing with the kids. In soccer drills for youth, this can prove to be catastrophic. It may prove counter productive to show your emotions on the field. It is Ok if kids make mistakes. Remember, they are just kids. Never take things very critically and make it an excuse to get bad with the players.</p>
<p> If you do, understand that you not only make the kids lose interest in the sport but also invite disciplinary action. Soccer is a game of the mind. Make the kids realize this and you would have motivated them.</p>

<p>One of the most crucial features to consider when purchasing an elliptical trainer is the warranty. The extent of the warranty speaks volumes as to the quality and the durability of the machine. There is a relative new player in the elliptical trainer industry, Sole Fitness.  They are defining their niche by offering one of the most extensive warranties available at any price range.  This includes 5 year coverage on parts and electronics, and 2 year labor. (Excludes the E25) Why is the warranty so important when purchasing fitness equipment?  First, it reduces your liability if the machine breaks down.  Replacing parts and hiring someone to service your elliptical trainer can be very costly.  Second, the warranty generally reflects the quality of the machine. When you think about it, a warranty is based on simple economics. If an elliptical trainer is built to last then the manufacturer can offer a generous warranty.  On the other hand, if the machine is of questionable quality, it would be cost prohibitive to support it with a lengthy warranty.  The company would go broke with service costs. Why do you think cheap elliptical trainers come with a 90 day parts and labor warranty? </p>
<p>It&#8217;s because the manufacturers do not have much faith the machine will last much longer than that. Beyond their warranty coverage, Sole Fitness is building some excellent elliptical trainers.  In a recent test I very impressed with the smooth elliptical motion , and how quiet it was, even when I cranked up the resistance.I also liked the 20?stride.Most ellipticals are built with a 16?18?stride.  With a smaller stride you often feel like your workout is constrained, and the elliptical motion bouncy. For someone who is over 6?the longer stride is a must, but even for people of average height the 20?stride feels natural and comfortable. Sole has an excellent reputation. Their treadmills have won several awards.  TreadmillDoctor.com calls their folding treadmills, one of the best fold&#45;ups on the planet. In addition, their treadmills are used by the Hilton chain for in&#45;room fitness. Having been proven in a commercial environment, this is a statement on the durability of their machines. This same quality can be found in their elliptical trainers.</p>

Because the kids are exposed to everything for the first time and young players, on the other hand young players have experienced this many times before.</p>
<p> But, there are certain methods that can be used in soccer drills for kids which will help them become exceptional soccer players. It’s a known fact that kids ought to have lots and lots of fun in the game, in order to make them love the game. If their level of interest is not maintained, they feel discouraged to play. The kids feel stressed and start thinking of doing away with the sport. So have patience and don’t make them feel obligated to play.</p>
<p> Most of the kid’s play the game because their parents want them to while others plays for sheer enjoyment. Whatever may be the case, incentives don’t encourage them to join the sport. Most of the coaches fail to take this aspect into consideration. They press them hard to achieve the daily targets in terms of performance level, physical stamina and skills. It directly affects the kids and their confidence is shaken in the game.</p>

<p>In planning soccer drills for kids, it’s normal for a new coach to feel somewhat troubled initially. It may be because of difficult behavior of kids in the team. But, it’s all right. It may take a little while but they would certainly understand the importance of punctuality and teamwork. They will also realize that in order to get respect they will first have to respect other team members including their coach.</p>
<p> Here, it&#8217;s important for you to make sure that kids in youth soccer drills are exposed to the new rules gradually. This is due to the fact that they may not know them and be slow at learning about them. Also, before introducing any changes in the team&#8217;s structure, take their suggestions, views, and opinions before hand. This gives the kids a lot of sense to accept the changes and follow them correctly.</p>
<p> As a coach, you must also know how to teach kids certain values in this process. For this, you should observe the kids performance individually. You must make it a point to ensure that kids get a lot of time for themselves on the ground and that you admire their skills from time to time. Also, it is equally important to penalize the boys who do not follow the stated rules and regulations.<br /> This makes kids accountable for their actions.</p>
<p> But be cautious with it. Do not be abusive with the kid. He should not be mocked or made fun of. For example, a healthy penalty would be to keep the kid from being a part of the training sessions.</p>
