You may start by feeling a little tingle in your wrists or you might even notice that your hand is moving a little slowly. Some people abuse wrist braces by using them too much, and this is an issue because muscular atrophy can develop. Take some time and consider how you would use a wrist brace.
You might also want to look into using a wrist pillow, which will cradle your wrists as you type or as you use your mouse. These delightful options can be made quite easily simply at home on your own and they can also make a huge difference.
Remember that wrist pain is something that you need to take seriously, and that you also need to remember that you can do something about it. Look into the supports that can help you and make sure that you are staying on top of things.
